The Friendship Foundation for International Students works closely with the Office of International Affairs at the University of Oregon and its liaison Becky Megerssa. As the UO SEVIS Coordinator, Becky is responsible for managing the government’s information system containing data on UO international students and scholars. She has over 20 years of experience working with international students. Becky lived in Indonesia, France and Haiti and traveled to various places around the globe. Cooking is one of Becky’s favorite leisure activities, especially preparing ethnic cuisine from around the world. She also enjoys hiking, gardening and learning about other cultures.
